Shipping policy

ROASTING AND DESPATCH

All our coffee is roasted Monday/Friday weekly.

We aim to ship all orders within a maximum of 48hrs of them being placed Monday to Thursday. We do not ship on a Friday so as to avoid your coffee (if delivered to a business address) being delayed. All Friday orders are shipped on a Monday. During peak seasons such as Christmas there may be a small delay.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with your shipment details and tracking number. If you do not get this email or if you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact us.

All shipments are processed via DPD courier (Next Working Day).
