Frequency asked queries

When will my order be sent?

All orders placed by midnight will be shipped on the following working day (Monday to Thursday). We do not ship on a Friday so as to ensure your coffee is delivered the next day after roasting – so it's as fresh as humanly possible for you. Orders placed on a Friday will be roasted and shipped on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

I haven't received my order?

All our orders are sent by a Tracked shipping service. Click on the DPD email you received when your order was shipped and this will allow you to track your order. Clicking on the 'Show my options' button on the DPD confirmation email will advise you of the delivery status. If you are still having issues, contact us via the form above or the green WhatsApp button on the bottom left.

I can't log into my subscription portal

You can access your subscriptions via the 'magic link' you received in the email we sent to you when you placed your initial subscription order in the shop. Recover your magic link here.

You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop. You can then easily access your account page by clicking on the little person icon top right on the website navigation bar.
